I really enjoy my job at Browns. The work is good and varied, no doing the same runs day after day. The office staff are really good they are helpful and speak to you in a polite manner and don’t ignore you and very rarely chase you not like some companies I have worked for. If you have a problem they sort it out and do not leave you sitting about for hours. There is a great atmosphere right through the company the units are pretty new with fridges and microwaves fitted and a lot of new trailers arriving.

Only been here a short while, but have been in the industry a long time. We all look for what we need from a job, this seems to suit me quite well, accommodating wherever possible, flexible when necessary and helpful when needed. I started at Browns as a Class 2 driver when I was just 18, then once I had passed my Class 1 test they took me on. I was so grateful for the opportunity as not a lot of places would even give me the chance to drive for them. They trusted me 100% to just do the job and never made me feel inadequate due to my age or lack of experience. I have now been driving for Browns for almost 4 years and have never had a better job. You are listened to, they leave you to just get on with the job and I feel as though you are thanked for the job you do. I would 100% recommend working here to other people.
