Distribution House gets highest seal of approval from BRCGS...

We are thrilled to share that Distribution House has been graded ‘AA’ for the BRGCS Storage and Distribution standard, the highest possible announced audit status.

BRCGS, a leading global brand and consumer protection organisation, sets benchmarks for best practices in food safety, packaging, storage, and distribution, recognising quality, safety, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Distribution House, Browns’ 87,000 sq ft facility in Stoke-on-Trent, opened in 2023 and offers over 13,000 spaces of ambient pallet storage.

After eagerly holding onto this news for the past few weeks, I’m thrilled to finally celebrate and share this outstanding achievement with the team and our customers.

From our warehousing team to our drivers on the roads, everyone has played a crucial role in this rigorous process, and it’s a clear demonstration of our ambition, and dedication to providing the best service levels in Staffordshire and beyond.

David Brown Jnr, Managing Director

A special thank you goes to Warehouse Manager, Luke Cobden, Project Lead Phil Ellis, and our warehousing team for their dedication and tireless efforts in getting our processes and procedures in place for the audit.
