Booking for collections from ST & CW postcodes must be processed via the Job Portal by 14.00hrs on the day that collection is required. Please notify us if you have collections after this time – We will be able to help!
Bookings for collections outside of these postcode area must be processed via the Job Portal by 11.00am on the day that the collection is required. Please call the Customer Service Department team to agree a price for outside of area collections. Please notify us if you have collections after this time – We will be able to help!
Any alterations to your original request must be communicated to our Customer Services department as soon as possible to ensure your requirements can be met. These alterations must also be confirmed by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Job Portal e-mail.
Cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail also to email@example.com
If for any reason you are unable to Log onto the Job Portal you must fax your orders to 01782 577691 inline with the above timescales.
To ensure Collection Orders are processed Via Fax the following information is required:
- Number of Pallet Consignments
- Number of Pallets per consignment
- Destination Town
- Full Postcodes
- Accurate weights and measures for each Pallet
- Service required – Next Day or Economy
- Special instructions – Time Specific Delivery, tail lift, AM, PM, Vehicle Size etc
